Billing, Refunds and Subscription Policy

Subscription Billing

Chartsy operates on a subscription basis. Depending on the plan you choose, your subscription will be billed either monthly or annually. Your subscription begins once your payment has been successfully processed.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly plans are billed in advance for a one (1) month period. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the next billing date.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans are billed in advance for a one (1) year period. Your subscription will automatically renew each year unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Managing Your Subscription

You can view your current subscription, invoices, and billing details from the Billing section in your account settings. From there you can update your payment method or cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings in your Chartsy account. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.

Refund Policy

Customers may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the initial purchase of a subscription. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

After the 14-day refund period has passed, subscription payments are generally non-refundable and no refunds or credits will be issued for partially used billing periods.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@chartsy.app and include the email address used to purchase your subscription.

Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders and is responsible for payment processing, applicable taxes, and compliance with global payment regulations.
